It was terrific! Thank you so much! I understood just about everything. I would love to ski again, but would prefer the tranquility of taking walks and enjoying the snow right about now. We haven’t had enough cozy- read a book days- here in Ohio this winter either! … & what a coincidence! I am teaching the verb esquiar with some other activities this week and will have my 8th grade students watch your video too. Thank you!

I understood about 40%. I find it easier to understand Ben as he talks a little bit slower but was pleased with how much I got and worked out why the other thought them crazy.

I agree. About 40%. But even then I didn’t get the ‘why crazy’ but until it was explained. Learned a few more words but will I remember them?
I understand Ben more easily. I have always had difficulty with fast spoken Spanish and words that are not enunciated fully and slowing it down helps me understand a lot more.

Igualmente entiendo totalmente vuestro razón de leer y relajar. A mi tampoco me gusta las masas y las colas. Creo que ambos habéis pasado unas vacaciones perfectas y espero que hayáis vuelto a casa bien relajados.

Yo entiendo más o menos 80 por ciento. Y estoy de acuerdo contigo que no me gusta esquiar donde son muchedumbres. Prefiero hacer “snow shoeing” en la selva porque normalmente no hay demasiado gente y es muy tranquilo.

I understood about 95%, you both speak so clearly.
Not like at work here in Barcelona – at coffee break when the Spanish get talking I probably understand 25%, getting them to slow down is impossible!
They all talk at once, they talk and laugh at the same time and talk with their mouths full, I sometimes think I don’t stand a chance jaja!!

Jajaja ? . Vivo en San Luis Obispo, una ciudad en California. No paso ningún día sin oír la frase “the SLO life”. De joven, habría esquiado pero hoy en día, hacer senderismo es más “mi cosa”.

Entendí la mayor parte de su diálogo en español. También prefiero relajarme delante de la chimenea con un libro si hay mucha nieve fuera. Las colas en las estaciones de esquí son terribles y ¡qué decir del frío en los remontes!
