How to order
As a condition for any request, users must contact notesinspanish.com and provide corresponding information required for the purchase of products available on this website. Order information provided must be accurate, complete and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a violation of the terms, which may result in the termination of the contract with Notes From Spain, S.L.

Order confirmation
Once the purchase process is complete, an order confirmation will be sent to the e-mail address on record. It will serve as proof of the transaction (contract confirmation), along with a copy of these general terms and applicable special terms, as well as the withdrawal form and other documentation. The order confirmation and receipt will not be valid as an invoice.
This is the moment to check that everything is correct. If you do not agree with the information provided in the confirmation you may request changes thereto or cancellation of the order.
The approval of the order by the client expressly implies awareness and acceptance of these special contract terms as part of the contract. Unless otherwise proven, the data recorded by notesinspanish.com constitute proof of all transactions between notesinspanish.com and its customers.
Pursuant to Article 26.1 c) of the LSSI, we hereby inform you that if you would like to amend or cancel your order, you must notify us within 24 hours from the order confirmation via e-mail. In any case, our return policy is 14 days.
Prices and payment
The customer undertakes to pay the goods and/or services contracted from notesinspanish.com in the payment forms accepted by notesinspanish.com and for any additional amount (including taxes and late fees, as applicable).
Prices for each product are specified on the website on the order date including VAT (value added tax), where appropriate, for transactions within the Spanish territory. However, pursuant to the provisions of Law 37/1992 of 28 December regulating such tax, the operation may be exempt or not subject to the same depending on the country of residence of the buyer and his/her status (business person/professional or individual). Consequently, in some cases the final price of the order may be different than what is posted on the website.

Validity of prices and offers
The products offered on the website and their prices will be available for purchase while in the product catalogue displayed by the website. Users are requested to access the up-to-date website to prevent pricing errors from previous versions. In any case, in-process orders will maintain their conditions for 7 days from the time of execution.

Real Spanish Inner Circle Membership Terms and Conditions
The Notes in Spanish Real Spanish Inner Circle is an online Spanish school and learning community. You will be billed for access on a recurring basis, either monthly or yearly depending on how you signed up, and you will continue to be billed until you cancel, either via your store admin area or by contacting us at our support department.
Real Spanish Inner Circle Sign Up
After making your first payment you will have immediate access to your members area and Inner Circle community and materials. If you have any problems at all with access, we will do everything we can to get you connected within 24 hours (Monday to Friday) or as soon as possible, just contact us at our support department if you need assistance.
Real Spanish Inner Circle 7 Day Free Trial
If you sign up via the Inner Circle 7 Day Free Trial offer, you will have free access to the Inner Circle for 7 days, after which you will be charged automatically, and then again monthly or yearly depending on the option you chose from our sales page. To cancel your trial before the 7 day free trial is up, to avoid the first payment, you must follow the Inner Circle Membership Cancelation instructions below.
Real Spanish Inner Circle Refunds
Monthly and Yearly payments: If within 14 days of your initial payment, after you first sign up, you are not satisfied with the Real Spanish Inner Circle, you can contact us at our support department to request a refund and we will happily refund you your initial first payment in full.
Real Spanish Inner Circle Membership Cancelation
You can cancel your membership at any time. The fastest way is to go to your store admin area and go to the ‘Manage Subscription’ tab. If you have any difficulties, you can contact us. Please note that your access to the Real Spanish Inner Circle membership area will be revoked at the end of your current paid period, on the due date of your next payment after cancelation (or when you cancel a free trial period). No partial refunds will be given for monthly or yearly subscriptions if you cancel after the initial 14 day guarantee period.

At notesinspanish.com we offer a money-back guarantee of 14 days after the first initial sign-up payment for our Inner Circle Memberships (see Inner Circle Refunds section above), and on any other store product until 14 Days after the date of purchase, without requiring any reason or explanation. To manage your return you must contact us by sending an email stating your name, order number and requesting a refund of your purchase.
Credit/Debit card: Refunds will be made directly to your card. Paypal: Refunds will be made direct to your Paypal account. In all these cases, the refund policy is the same – full refund up to 14 Days from purchase.
Withdrawal
Notes from Spain, S.L., in its commitment to comply with current legislation hereby informs you that as per Art. 103.1 c) of Royal Decree 1/2007 dated 16 November, approving the revised text of the General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users, “the supply of sealed audio or video recordings or sealed software which were unsealed by the consumer and user after delivery” are NOT subject to the exercise the right of withdrawal. However, at notesinspanish.com you may request a refund for your purchase within 14 days.

Igualmente le informamos que este contrato, conforme a lo que establece el art. 26 de la Ley de Servicios de la Sociedad de Información y comercio electrónico (LSSI), quedará archivado y a su disposición
Los pedidos deben realizarse siguiendo los pasos que te irá marcando notesinspanish.com, donde podrás elegir el producto y la cantidad de aquello que desees comprar.
Validación de compra
Una vez finalizado el proceso de compra, será remitida, a la dirección de correo electrónico indicada, una confirmación de la contratación efectuada, que servirá como justificante de la operación (Justificante de contratación), junto con una copia de las presentes condiciones generales, y de las condiciones particulares en su caso; así como también el formulario de desistimiento, y demás documentación. Precios y forma de pago
El cliente se compromete a abonar los productos y/o servicios contratados a notesinspanish.com, en las formas de pago aceptadas por notesinspanish.com, y por cualquier cantidad complementaria (incluidos los impuestos y cargos por pagos atrasados, según el caso)

El importe de las compras se cargará en la cuenta bancaria del cliente una vez recibida la confirmación de la autorización por parte de los centros de pago bancario. En caso de producirse un rechazo del banco, el pedido será anulado de forma automática.

Todos los servicios se prestarán una vez se haya comprobado que se ha satisfecho el 100% del importe de estos a través de los sistemas de pago habilitados al efecto.
Validez de los precios y ofertas
Los productos ofertados en la web, y los precios de éstos, estarán disponibles para su compra mientras se encuentren en el catálogo de productos visualizados por medio de la página web. Se ruega a los usuarios que accedan a versiones actualizadas de la página web para evitar errores en los precios. Política de devoluciones
Sólo se aceptarán cancelaciones y/o devoluciones en los siguientes términos.

Devolución
En notesinspanish.com aceptamos la devolución de dinero de cualquier producto hasta 14 Días después de la fecha de la compra sin exigir ningún motivo ni explicación. .Para gestionar la devolución deberá ponerse en contacto con nosotros enviándonos un email, indicando su nombre, número de pedido y solicitando la devolución del importe de su compra.
Tarjeta de crédito/debito: Los primeros 14 días desde tu compra la devolución será directa a tu tarjeta. Desde el día 60 al 365 las devoluciones se harán por transferencia directa a tu cuenta bancaria cuando nos facilites el número de cuenta.
Paypal: Los primeros 14 días las devoluciones se harán directas a tu cuenta de PayPal. Del día 180 al 365 las devoluciones se harán a tu cuenta de PayPal con la opción “enviar dinero”. En todos los casos la política de devoluciones es la misma – devolución completa hasta 14 Días desde tu compra.
Desistimiento
Notes from Spain, S.L., en su compromiso por cumplir con la legislación vigente, le informamos, que conforme art.103.1 c) del Real Decreto Legislativo 1/2007, de 16 de noviembre, por el que se aprueba el texto refundido de la Ley General para la Defensa de los Consumidores y Usuarios, “El suministro de grabaciones sonoras o de vídeo precintadas o de programas informáticos precintados que hayan sido desprecintados por el consumidor y usuario después de la entrega..”, NO se podrá ejercer el derecho de desistimiento, no obstante, en notesinspanish.com puedes desistir de tu compra en el plazo de 14 días.
Para ejercer dicho derecho de desistimiento, ponemos a su disposición el formulario que nos tienes que enviar para ejercer dicho derecho, conforme al art. 106.

Toda información recibida por parte del cliente ya sean imágenes, correos, textos, datos de acceso como usuarios y contraseñas, se tratará de modo confidencial, estando totalmente prohibida la cesión a terceros.
No se entenderá información confidencial aquélla que sea divulgada por acuerdo entre las Partes, aquélla que se convierta en pública por igual motivo o aquélla que haya de ser revelada de acuerdo con las leyes o con una resolución judicial de autoridad competente y aquélla que sea obtenida por un tercero que no se encuentre bajo la obligación de confidencialidad alguna. Ambas partes se obligan a cumplir el deber de confidencialidad de manera indefinida.
Limitación de responsabilidad

Jurisdicción y leyes aplicables
Notes From Spain, S.L., y EL USUARIO, se regirán para dirimir cualquier controversia que pudiera derivarse del acceso, o uso de esta página Web, por la legislación española, y se someten a los Juzgados y Tribunales de la ciudad de residencia del consumidor, según establece el art. 90.2 del Real Decreto Legislativo 1/2007, de 16 de Noviembre por el que se aprueba el texto refundido de la Ley General para la Defensa de los Consumidores y Usuarios.
