What do you sell in the Notes in Spanish store?
The Notes in Spanish Store is the place to buy the Worksheets that accompany our podcasts, our ‘Real Spanish Phrase Book and Audio Guide‘, and more! Prices are in Euros, but you can buy securely from anywhere in the world. Totals will be converted to your currency at the payment stage.
There are worksheets available to accompany all three of our podcast levels, Inspired Beginners, Intermediate and Advanced. The worksheets contain a full transcript of our Spanish conversation, a list of invaluable vocab and phrases, and useful exercises. The worksheet packs are available in our store, and sample worksheets can be downloaded here.
How does the Notes in Spanish store work?
The Notes in Spanish store is the place to get the worksheets that accompany our free podcast audio, and other Notes in Spanish products.

Can I get a free sample worksheet?
How do I get the worksheets or ‘Real Spanish Phrase Book and Audio Guide’ once I have paid?
The worksheet packs are downloaded straight to your computer in the .zip format. Once you have downloaded the file you will have to unzip it on your desktop in order to access the separate worksheet pdf files. Most operating systems will do this for you at the end of the download process, otherwise double-clicking on the .zip file should start the process. When you have completed payment with PayPal you will receive an email explaining how to access your downloads, with links that will automatically start the download in your web browser.
If your download emails don’t arrive immediately, check your junk/spam e-mail folder - they may have got lost in there. You can also access your download links directly via the store. Go into our store at www.notesinspanish.com/store then click on the ‘Your Account’ link (you may need to log in again), then the ‘Order History’ link, and finally the ‘View’ link next to the order in question. In the order summary you will find a ‘Download Here’ link which should work just fine.
Remember that all download links are only active for one month and can only be used a limited number of times. As such we recommend saving the files to your computer’s hard drive at the earliest opportunity.
Why do the download links have an expiry date and limited number of downloads?
This is a security feature that is built into the store software that we use. Once you purchase your worksheets you have up to 28 days to downloads them, and 5 attempts to do so. That is why we suggest that you save your worksheets directly onto your computer, so that they are always available in the future.
Is your store secure, is my information private?
The cart, checkout, login and registration areas are completely secure (using https 128 bit SSL encryption). PayPal.com, where you are asked for your payment details, is also secured with the same technology. Both PayPal and Notes in Spanish value your privacy above all else and do everything to ensure that any details entered remain completely private and safe from third parties.
What is PayPal? Do I need a PayPal Account to make a purchase?
PayPal is a secure payment system used all over the world. It is used at the final stage of making a purchase in our store, to process your payment. Many people know PayPal through shopping with eBay. We have chosen to use PayPal to handle our payments as it accepts most credit cards and is a proven, secure payment solution.
You do not need to have, or create, a Paypal account to make a purchase - PayPal accepts all Major Credit and Bank Cards at the payment stage without the need for a PayPal account. If you do have a PayPal account, you can of course use those funds as well.
Do you accept PayPal e-checks?
Unfortunately we are no longer able to accept Paypal echeck payments, but Paypal does accept most major credit cards.
Why are all the prices in Euros?
As we are based in the European Union, we operate in Euros. However, you can still purchase our worksheets if you live outside the Euro-zone. Customers from other countries such as the UK or the US, will see the final Euro total converted to their currency by Paypal on the Paypal payment page, and on their credit card receipt. Why do EU customers pay taxes? Do US or other non-EU customers pay taxes?
Under Spanish law all European Union customers are required to pay 16% Value Added Tax on purchases made in our store. This does not affect customers from the USA and other non-EU countries, who will not be charged this tax.
Companies and schools within the EU should be taxed in their own country. For more information contact us before making your purchase if you fall into this category.
I think I have a problem with PayPal/Payments/Downloading, what can I do?
Although we have done everything we can to ensure than the process of obtaining the worksheets is as smooth as possible, problems may occasionally occur. The first thing to do is to contact us and let us know exactly what the problem is. We receive notification of all orders placed here in the store, and all payments made in PayPal. This means that we have an accurate record of the status of transactions, and can usually spot where any problem might have occurred. We are always happy to help and can usually sort any problems out straight away.
The e-mail with the download links in hasn’t arrived
The first thing to do is to check your junk/spam e-mail folder. Our store emails may have been lost in there. Remember that you can also access your download links directly via the store. Go into our store at www.notesinspanish.com/store then click on the ‘Your Account’ link (you may need to log in again), then the ‘Order History’ link, and finally the ‘View’ link next to the order in question. In the order summary you will find a ‘Download Here’ link which should work just fine.
My order is still marked ‘Pending’ and I can’t access the downloads
Don’t worry, we have full records of all transactions and if for any reason your order status is stuck at ‘Pending’, just contact us and we will sort the issue out straight away.

When you hit the checkout button it asks you to login or to register. If this is your first purchase with the store you will have to register at this stage - this is so that you can later receive the worksheet download links by email. If you have used the store before then you should have a login email and password from your previous visit. Once you have either logged in or registered you will be able to advance to the next stage of the process and pay for the worksheets.
