Thanks once again for the top-notch video – I’ve passed it on to several friends already. But how did I miss the fruit and veg quiz?! I’m on my way to check it out right now :)

    Muchas gracias.

    Muchas gracias!

Very cool, I really want to visit Thailand. For what it’s worth, I hear Thai is actually a really easy language to learn because they essentially have a relatively small number of basic words and what they do to create more complicated ones is just combine the basic ones together into one–sorry, I’m not explaining this well. It’s just supposed to be a very simple and easy to understand language, is all.

    Cheers,
    Andrew

Hola! I am watching your Bangkok video right now from my desk in the school where I work..in Bangkok! Great to see you here in Lumpini, MBK etc even if a few years back. Now I know how to talk about where I live in Spanish! Muchas gracias!

@Spanish Andrew – I’m not sure about the words and grammar, but I hear Thai is hard to speak as it’s a tonal language, unlike say English or Spanish.

@Liz – That’s funny! Lucky you being in BKK – have a green curry for us!

Muchas gracias.

  8. Ben

@Lina – Thanks for your lovely comment too!

@Jerome – ‘menos mal que te gusta’ – thank goodness you like it (e.g. a present or a meal)

‘menos mal que has venido, si no no habría podido entrar en casa’ – thank goodness you came, or I couldn’t have got into the house (if you left your keys elsewhere).
