Wow. We’re speechless! A song dedicated to Notes in Spanish!
Tony Spanos and his students over at Weber State University are doing great things with the Spanish video blogging movement, with Tony introducing us to excellent modismos, and his students producing videos of their own. You can see their work over at Tony’s youtube page. Nothing, however, propared us for the following masterpiece by Marcus Asay and Jeff Jepperson:

Now we need another university to take up the challenge of producing work as good as we’re seeing from Weber State. Keep these video blogs coming!

Chicos! Me ha parecido una idea brillante! Soy profesora de español y suelo poner a mis alumnos los video blogs al final de clase, porque me parecen una idea fantástica para aprender un poquito más de español. Además se sienten motivados al ver a otra gente hablarlo! Pero vuestro video es genial!!! Felicidades por ello!

Qué bueno!! ayer Marina me dijo que le echara un ojo a este vídeo, porque a Ben y a ella les había encantado. Acabo de verlo y estoy de acuerdo con ellos: es perfecto!! Además de ser un vídeo divertidísimo, tiene muchísima calidad!! Chicos, habláis español de maravilla, y además sois unos artistas!! Buenos músicos y compositores, y además el vídeo con las imágenes, cuánta creatividad!! Muy bien!!

Mientras escuchaba las últimas notes in spanish esta mañana, Ben comentó que había que ver este video blog. Lo que me llamó mucho la atención es que son estudiantes de la Universidad de Weber State y yo me matriculé en la Universidad de Weber State el verano pasado. Ya estoy matriculado en otra universidad, pero tuve una linda experiencia allá.
Esta es la primera vez que visito notesinspanish.com y me ha parecido estupendo. Espero que haya muchos videos blog más! Capaz que yo haga uno este verano cuando estoy en Chile para mostrarles a todos lo mas lindo de sudamérica! Muchos saludos!

Me pregunto si Ben ya tiene rivales para el corazón de Marina. Dicen que las mujeres se caen enamoradas de los músicos. Ben debe aprender tocar la flauta o algo así.

!Que bueno ! Estoy escuchando los podcasts de Marina y Ben cada dia como estoy preparando para el GRAN examen de OPI y WPT de ACTFL que me da hascos! Pero, me ayuden y me encantan muchisimo! Y ahora yo veo esto video - es tan creativo y fantastico! Me siento como las voces de Marina y Ben son en mi mundo pequenito de mi mente y es tan chistoso ver otros personas que les conocen y sobre todo que escriben las canciones de ellos! Que bueno!
