While I was in Spain as an exchange student, I wrote in a diary every day, even if it was something like “I’m too tired to write today. Buenas Noches” Now I can go back to the diary and see what happened that day. I never wrote down emotions, maybe cause I’m a guy, but even with just the bare facts of the day, it helps me remember important days. Anyways, I encourage all exchange students to keep a diary or blog, because if not, you’ll forget things. Thanks to Ben and Marina for the podcast!!
