I found this examples in an editorial web page:

En ingl&#233;s y en portugu&#233;s las palabras de los t&#237;­tulos llevan may&#250;sculas ”excepto art&#237;­culos y preposiciones.
         Ej: As I Lay Dying
             O Crime do Padre Amaro

En espa&#241;ol solamente la primera de ellas y los nombres propios.
        Ej: Maldici&#243;n eterna a quien lea estas p&#225;ginas.
             Los terribles amores de Agliberto y Celedonia.

En franc&#233;s solo las dos primeras palabras importantes del t&#237;­tulo van en may&#250;scula.
        Ej: Les Femmes savantes
            Les Liaisons dangereuses</description>
